Terms and Conditions – Pizza Meal for 1 (Monday to Friday)
1. This voucher entitles you to complimentary Pizza Meal for 1 adult at participating restaurants from Monday to Friday. Offer valid in select cities.
2. In case of non-availability, we will provide you with an alternate slot or venue.
3. If you fail to cancel your booking 48 hours prior to the reservation, or do not show at the venue, your voucher would be deemed as redeemed and cannot be re-used.
4. To avail the offer, please flash the confirmation SMS upon arrival at the venue.
5. The set menu will include pre - defined 1 PAN Pizza (Veg or Non-Veg) from select categories, 1 Regular Beverage (500ml) and 1 Pre-defined Dessert. Our concierge agent will confirm available options from the pre-defined menu at the time of booking.
6. Beverages and other items ordered which do not form a part of the Set menu will be charged at actual.
7. Offer is available on Dine in and take away only.
8. Walk-in customers without prior reservation will not be entertained at the venue.
9. This offer is subject to promotional availability.
10. The usage of this voucher is incumbent upon few conditions to be followed by the voucher holder. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder.
11. Participating venues are all contracted to participate in the offer and reserve the right to vary times and offer availability.
12. The promoters, its agents and distributors cannot be held responsible for any restaurant subsequently declining acceptance of the lunch promotion for reasons of their own.

Ltd. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
20. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.

If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.

Terms and Conditions - Movie Ticket for 1
1. This offer entitles the user to 1 complimentary movie ticket at participating cinemas from Monday to Friday. Offer valid in select cities only.
2. Bookings will be confirmed only from Monday to Friday. All booking requests submitted on Saturday and Sunday or any public holiday will be attended to on the subsequent Monday or working day.
3. A minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days advance notice is mandatory to make a booking.
4. Walk-in customers without prior reservation will not be entertained at the venue.
5. Our concierge representative will call you 24 hours prior to your preferred date of booking and confirm your tickets. An SMS & E-mail confirming the booking will be sent to your registered mobile number.
6. The movie ticket booking has to be for a currently running movie or released movie excluding the first-week release movies. No request for advance bookings for forthcoming movie releases will be entertained.
7. To avail the Offer, the customer to show the SMS confirmation (M-Ticket) or a printout of the E-Ticket at the box office/venue.
8. Once booked, the ticket cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. If you do not show at the venue, your voucher will be deemed as redeemed and cannot be re-used.
9. In case of non-availability, we will provide you with an alternative slot or venue.
10. The offer is open to residents of India only.
11. The offer is valid for best available Silver class seats and not valid for special screenings, paid preview, premier and gold class seats.
12. This offer is applicable only on 2D movies and excludes 3D movies, IMAX and other special screenings.
13. Any extra person accompanying the movie voucher holder must pay the full ticket price at actuals.
14. Redemption of tickets is subject to availability of seats.
15. Film classification rules apply, and identification may be required. The cinema manager’s decision is final and standard cinema rules apply. The holder of this offer is not entitled to any preferential right over other cinema patrons.
16. If the Promoter has already emailed or sent by SMS, an entrant’s Movie ticket voucher code to the email address submitted on entry, the Promoter will not re-send the Movie ticket e-voucher code to any new or corrected email address or phone number nominated by the entrant
